Slim Habli is Co-Founder and Vice-President of the Swiss Arab Network. He works as a Business Development Manager at Henley & Partners, Citizenship and Residency Planning for wealthy families and individuals and is based in Dubai. Previously he acted as Legal Consultant at Swiss ILC Management Services JLT in Dubai which is part of ILC International Legal Consultants, a law firm group with offices in Switzerland, Qatar, UAE, Singapore and Myanmar.

Mounir Khouzami is Initiator, Co-Founder and President of the Swiss Arab Network. He works since 10 years in the field of international Wealth Management. Mounir is Director at the Wealth Management Division of UBS and acts as in-house Strategy and Business Development Consultant. Previously he was a Consultant at Kurt Salmon, a global management consultancy firm, and started his career with Merrill Lynch in New York.

Dr. Sayd Farook is a veteran C-suite professional with a strong knowledge management and strategy execution track record. He is the founding Vice Chairperson of the RFI Foundation and also an advisor to the Executive Office of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Most recently, Sayd served as the Vice Chairman and CEO of Middle East Global Advisors. Previously, he was the Global Head Islamic Capital Markets at Thomson Reuters.

Sebastian Gerlach has more than 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He has worked since 2011 as an advisor to the Bahrain Economic Development Board. Previous positions have included managing the Berlin office of the worldwide operating communication agency "Avantgarde". He also has been a member of the OECD International Investment Division, on the Egypt Investment Policy Review. Sebastian began his career as an advisor to the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the German Federal Parliament.

Joël Rochat is a Partner of ONYX Wealth Management (Geneva) with a branch in Casablanca. After five years with Paribas Bank Switzerland as a wealth manager, Joël joined Pictet & Cie where he stayed ten years. Notably, he opened and was the Managing Director of the French branch of Pictet in Paris. He was later the Managing Director of LGT Bank (Princely Bank of Liechtenstein) in Geneva.

Patrick Gearon is Head of Charles Russell Speechlys’ Middle East offices and Head of the Middle East Dispute resolution team which is based in the firm’s Bahrain office. He specialises in all areas of dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on high value and complex banking, regulatory and contractual business disputes. Patrick leads the Awal Bank litigation team and manages various large cases which have arisen from that administration in different countries.

Hakim Bensaid has over 12 years Banking and Finance experience. He is founding member and Vice President of the Moroccan Association for Participative Finance Professionals (AMFP). Hakim has worked over 7 years in Dubai, in the Corporate and Investment Banking division at Mashreq Bank prior to joining Ernst & Young, Real Estate Transaction Advisory Services. He is "Certified Islamic Banker" from General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institution (CIBAFI), Bahrain.

Stella Cox is Managing Director of DDCAP and its wholly owned subsidiaries DD&Co Limited and DDGI Limited. Previously she was a Director of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Limited. From 2007-09 Stella served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Gatehouse Bank, a UK Islamic investment bank. Stella has been appointed Chair of the Islamic Finance Market Advisory Group recently established by TheCityUK and was awarded for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Islamic Finance in the UK’ at the IREF Summit in December 2008.

John Sandwick has been a Swiss private banker since 1993 and an investment banker since 1989. His expertise is in Islamic wealth and asset management and Islamic asset securitization. John is an innovator in Islamic banking, creating the first structures for a sukuk fund, sukuk participation note, Saudi REIT and European corporate sukuk. He also created the first practical Islamic portfolio management allocations and professional-use Islamic mutual fund databases. He founded the world’s first Islamic portfolio management company in Geneva, Safa Investment Services, in 2012 and is today its general manager.

Nicolas Bremer is attorney and partner of the international law firm Alexander & Partner. He specializes in advising clients from Europe and the MENA-Region on corporate and financial transactions, regulatory matter in the Near and Middle East as well as investments in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Germany in the English, Arabic and German languages.

Khaldoun Dia-Eddine is Head of Regional Competence Center Middle East & Africa at the Department International Business of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and a senior lecturer in the field of International Executive MBA at the ZHAW. Khaldoun is also a Middle East and intercultural negotiation expert with longstanding experience in the field of technology, insurance and consulting and Co-Founder and Executive Board Member of the Swiss Arab Network.
